GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE APPARTEMENT

The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the house.

The floor space is 65 m2. The South and West balconies offer a perfect view of the Mont-Blanc range as well as full enjoyment of the sun.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4.

There is an open-plan, fitted kitchen that is fully equipped with a 4-ring cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, double sink, and other kitchen gadgets: percolator, kettle, toaster, citrus fruit squeeze and food mixer.

The spacious sitting room including a dining room and a sitting room is very well lit and airy with two french doors and two windows. It includes an electric fire place.

One bedroom has a balcony, and a fitted wardrobe, 2 single beds (80 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200) according to your choice.

The second bedroom has a large window, a fitted wardrobe, 2 single beds (80 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200) according to your choice.

The bathroom has a bath with shower and a cupboard. There is also a heated towel rack and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate.

Central vacuum cleaner which can be used in each apartment.

Household linen is not provided, but it is possible to rent it. The package for one person includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 sheet, 1 pillow case, 1 bolster case; 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, 1 flannel; 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel. PRICE: 25 € per person per week.
