GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE APPARTEMENT

The attic apartment occupies the entire second floor of the house. It comprises 65 m2 of floor space. A south facing conservatory offers a perfect view of the Mont Blanc range as well as a full enjoyment of the sun.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4.

There is an open-plan, fitted kitchen that is fully equipped with a 4-ring cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, and other kitchen gadgets: percolator, kettle, toaster, citrus fruit squeeze and food mixer.

A confortable living room includes a dining and a sitting room.

One bedroom with a balcony, includes 2 single beds (80 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200) according to your choice.

The second bedroom includes 2 single beds (80 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200) according to your choice.

Bathroom with a bath with shower. Heated towel rack and hairdryer.

The toilet is separate.

Household linen is not provided, but it is possible to rent it. The package for one person includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 sheet, 1 pillow case, 1 bolster case; 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, 1 flannel; 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel. PRICE: 25 € per person per week.
